CANCELLATION & REFUND  POLICY

1. To guarantee a space in the class registration and payment is required prior to the class date.


2. We do not offer walk-in service. By appointment only.


3. Payment must be received 24 hours before class.


4. Be on Time. Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to sign in and get ready for class.


5. We will work with you to reschedule if you call 24 hours prior to class. The first reschedule is at no charge, the second reschedule will incur a $15.00 fee. Course fees are nonrefundable.


6. No Show. No Call. No Refund.


7. Must be at least 11 years old to take classes.


8. No Refund will be given for online courses.


9. Replacement cards are available for a $15.00 fee.


10. Hands over Hearts for Life reserves the right to cancel a class at any time due to weather conditions. Please contact us to inquire about the status of your class.


11. We do not offer refunds. If we determine at any time that a refund may be issued, a $5.00 fee will be charged for administrative time and credit card fee.


12. Hands over Hearts for Life reserves the right to refuse service.


13. We value your privacy. We do not sell or share customers’ information with unrelated companies.


14. Minimum of 3 required for any Instructor Course.


15. All sales are Final!
