The Beginning
I started teaching CPR for my employer and realized it was a skill my children, my community, my church - everyone - needed to know.
CPR saves lives. My passion is teaching youth groups, day care providers, small businesses, and new parents. I also do babysitting courses, and community events. Classes are held in Hampton, VA or I will come to your place of business or community service. I cover the Hampton Roads area currently and hope to expand in the near future.

We are a family-owned organization that focuses on training using the principles of love. What does that mean? Patience, kindness, and real-life examples and experiences shared to make the learning environment personable and enjoyable.
Small classes and personal testing stations upon request with individual equipment so no sharing manikins and waiting for rotations. This allows for quick but effective instruction and works well for busy professionals.
Focused on safety, wellness, and emergency preparedness for work and home life.
