Community Outreach
Hands Over Hearts for Love Community Outreach includes Hands Only CPR classes for the community, teen pregnancy Doula services to improve birth outcomes, blood drives, partnerships with other community organizations that focus on health, wellness, and safety.

Doulas promotes healthy births on a mom's terms; as non-medical birth coaches, Doulas can help improve birth outcomes and reduce postpartum depression.
